Based on Item d) parts (1) Article 109 and Item b) parts (2) article 118 of the Law No. 196/2024 about health of animals (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 389-391, 600) and parts (5) and (7) article 43 of the Law No. 213/2022 on livestock production (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 267-273, 556), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve Regulations on identification and registration horse and establishment of accompanying documents for horses, according to appendix No. 1.
2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 2.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the National agency on safety of foodstuff.
4. This resolution becomes effective since May 8, 2026.
