1. Approve Regulations on communities on energy from renewable sources it (is applied).

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on divisions of the National agency on regulation in power.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

Regulations on communities on energy from renewable sources

Part 1. Scope

1. The regulations on communities on energy from renewable sources (further - the Provision) establish the legal base for the organization and functioning of community on the electric power from renewable sources (further - community), and also their members, on the basis of the principles of transparency and nondiscrimination.

2. In value of the Provision the concepts provided by the Law No. 10/2016 on promotion of energy use from renewable sources, the Law No. 107/2016 on the electric power and also the concepts determined as follows are applied:
