Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of inclusion in trade name of the legal entity of the official name "Russian Federation" or "Russia", and also the words derivative of this name approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 3, 2010 No. 52 "About approval of Rules of inclusion in trade name of the legal entity of the official name "Russian Federation" or "Russia", and also the words derivative of this name" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 6, Art. 660; 2017, No. 40, Art. 5862; 2022, No. 50, Art. 8925; 2023, No. 39, Art. 7033).

2. The Item of 7 changes approved by this resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2026.

1. To declare the subitem "b" of Item 3 invalid.

2. In the paragraph the second item 4 of the word "8 working days" shall be replaced with words "48 hours".

3. In Item 5:

a) in paragraph one of the word "14 working days" shall be replaced with words "the 10th working day";

b) in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words words of "the 14th working day" "the 10th working day";
