2. Determine that the Rules approved by this resolution are subject to application after entry into force of the act regulating bases of pricing and the regulation of rates for services of the organizations of the utility complex approved by the Government of the Russian Federation.
3. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 04.09.2015 No. 941
