"Article 3.
1. This Law determines the following list of the plastic products prohibited to turnover:

- bag grid for products.
2. The list of packets from the polymeric film and disposable plastic tableware which are subject to turnover is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
Articles 5 and 6 to state 2) in the following edition:
"Article 5.
In the territory of resort and recreational zone of the Issyk kul region, the park beach area and coastal zone of the Lake Issyk Kul turnover of packets from the polymeric film and plastic products specified regarding 1 article 3 of this Law is forbidden.
Article 6.
Since January 1, 2027 in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic ban is imposed:
- on production, realization of packets from polymeric film and plastic products according to article 3 of this Law;
- on free issue of packets from polymeric film in trade and service industry.".
This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures following from this Law.
