About some questions of the secretariat of National council on development of the sphere of virtual assets and blokcheyn-technologies in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic

(as amended of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic of 25.08.2025 No. 245)

For the purpose of the organization of activities of National council for development of the sphere of virtual assets and blokcheyn-technologies in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Articles 70, I decide 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Form public institution "The secretariat of National council on development of the sphere of virtual assets and blokcheyn-technologies in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" (further - the secretariat of Council).

2. Approve:

1) Regulations on public institution "The secretariat of National council on development of the sphere of virtual assets and blokcheyn-technologies in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" according to appendix 1;

2) the number of staff of public institution "The secretariat of National council on development of the sphere of virtual assets and blokcheyn-technologies in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" according to appendix 2;

3) the scheme of management of public institution "The secretariat of National council on development of the sphere of virtual assets and blokcheyn-technologies in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" according to appendix 3;

4) the frequency rate coefficients to official pay rates applied in case of determination of the sizes of official pay rates of employees of public institution "The secretariat of National council on development of the sphere of virtual assets and blokcheyn-technologies in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" according to appendix 4.
