1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the organization of service in law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 3, 2020 No. 51 the following changes:
1) in Regulations on the procedure for carrying out tender and forming of reserve of personnel in law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 13:

add with the paragraph of the following content:

2) in the List of positions of law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic on which persons can be designated is more senior than 35 years for the first time arriving on service, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Chapter 4 with Item 3 following of content:
"3. Position of the adviser to the chairman.";
3) in the List of positions of law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic on which acceptance is performed without competitive selection, approved by the above-stated resolution:
