2) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for provision of leaves to the workers who adopted (adopted) the child" of December 22, 2005 No. 606" of May 13, 2014 No. 257.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

Procedure for provision of leaves to the workers who adopted (adopted) the child

1. The workers who adopted (adopted) the child aged up to 3 months are granted leave:

- for the period from the date of adoption (adoption) and before the expiration of 70 calendar days since the birth of the adopted (adopted) child, and in case of simultaneous adoption (adoption) of two and more children - 110 calendar days from the date of their birth;
