According to subitem 70-6) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 10, 2019 No. 497, I ORDER:

1. Approve Rules of determination on competitive basis of the commodity exchanges performing trade in the exchange goods included in the list of socially important exchange goods according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to department of electronic and stock exchange trading of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
