About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About work pensions"
Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Items 1 and 16 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:
Article 1. Make the following changes to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About work pensions" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2006, No. 3, Article 208 (volume I); 2024, No. 2, article 137, No. 5 (book I), Articles 489, 491, No. 6 (book I), Article 644; 2025, No. 1, Article 16, No. 2, Articles 96, 105; The Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 11, 2025 No. 172-VIIGD):
1.1. In Item 6.2 of Article 6.2 after the word of "capital" to add with words ", to the privileges provided by Articles 8, 9.2 and 21.2.4 presents of the Law";
1.2. In Article 22.3 of the word "relevant organ of the executive authority" shall be replaced with words "according to the procedure, the stipulated in Article 5.3 presents of the Law".
Article 2. Article 1.1 of this Law is applied since January 1, 2025.
