1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Technique of carrying out the analysis of regulating impact of regulatory legal acts on activities of subjects of entrepreneurship" of August 10, 2022 No. 444 the following changes:

in the Technique of carrying out the analysis of regulating impact of regulatory legal acts on activities of subjects of entrepreneurship approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in item 4:

in subitem 5 of the word "Article 29 and 47" to exclude;

add with subitems 9, 10 following contents:

"9) directed to strengthening and (or) introduction of the administrative responsibility;

10) in the field of food security.";
