Bring in the Federal Law of August 4, 2023 No. 470-FZ "About features of regulation of the corporate relations in the economic societies which are economically significant organizations" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 32, Art. 6202; 2024, No. 1, Art. 17; No. 33, Art. 4996; No. 49, Art. 7437; No. 53, Art. 8532) following changes:
1) in Article 2:
a) in part 1:
to state the subitem "d" of Item 1 in the following edition:
"e) aggregate value of the property which is in trust management of the economic society or other Russian legal entity entering with this economic society one group of persons according to the financial reporting for the last complete accounting period exceeds four hundred billion rubles, and the number of clients of economic society or such legal entity who signed trust management agreements according to the specified reporting makes at least three hundred thousand (provided that economic society or such legal entity is the professional participant of the security market provided by the subitem "e" of Item 2 of this part);";
in Item 2:
in paragraph one of the word "or its subsidiary" to exclude;
state the subitem "e" in the following edition:
