About approval of Changes in Regulations on procedure of oversight of payment infrastructure in Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 82 of the Law of Ukraine "About payment services" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure of oversight of payment infrastructure in Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Changes in Regulations on procedure of the oversight of payment infrastructure in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 24, 2022 No. 187 (further - Provisions) which are applied.

2. To objects of oversight of payment infrastructure to bring the activities and documents into accord with requirements of the Provision within three months from the date of entry into force of this resolution.

3. To objects of oversight of payment infrastructure whom on the date of entry into force of this resolution the National Bank of Ukraine determined important including operators of important payment systems residents / nonresidents, and to the operator it is system important payment system to bring the activities and documents into accord with requirements of the Provision within six months from the date of entry into force of this resolution.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Alexey Shaban.

5. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
