According to subitems 4) and 12) of Item 2 of article 25 of the Water code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics", the subitem 486) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Industry ministry and the construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 4, 2023 No. 864 "Some questions of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan" I ORDER:

1. Approve Rules of subsidizing of costs of the organizations of water supply and water disposal on repayment and servicing of loans of the international financial institutions attracted to projects implementation on expansion, upgrade, reconstruction, updating, maintenance of the existing assets and creation of new assets in settlements according to appendix 1 to this order.

2. Declare invalid some orders according to appendix 2 to this order.

3. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
