About establishment of rates for the population in the field of housing and communal services for 2025
For the purpose of ensuring availability of payment by the population of housing and communal services:
1. Establish for the population for 2025:
maximum permissible rates (prices) of housing and communal services, service in management of common property of joint household and the amount of expense recovery of the organizations performing operation of housing stock and (or) providing housing and communal services for the electric power consumed on lighting of auxiliary rooms and operation of the equipment in apartment houses (appendix 1);
maximum permissible rates (prices) of the housing and communal services providing full recovery of economically reasonable costs for their rendering (appendix 2).
2. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom taking measures to implementation of this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2025.
