About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of settlement of single questions of activities of JSC Asset Management Agency I decide:
1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).
2. List JSC Asset Management Agency no later than August 1, 2025 in the republican budget part of unused profit in the amount of 4 200 000 rubles.
3. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.
4. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
Action of paragraphs of the ninth or eleventh Item of 1 appendix extends to the relations which arose since January 1, 2025.
