About critical infrastructure of the financial sector

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 8-10, 12, of 14, 19 Laws of Ukraine "About critical infrastructure", for the purpose of normative settlement of the organization and ensuring protection of objects of critical infrastructure the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve:

1) the Regulations on critical infrastructure of the financial sector enclosed;

2) the Change in Regulations on the organization of cyberprotection in bank system of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 12, 2022 No. 178 (with the enclosed changes).

2. To the banks, other persons performing activities in the markets of non-bank financial services, state regulation and supervision of which activities is exercised by the National Bank of Ukraine, to operators of payment service providers, technological operators of payment services to perform categorization of objects of critical infrastructure within six months from the date of entry into force of this resolution.

3. Recognize invalid:

1) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 30, 2020 No. 151 "About approval of the Regulations on determination of objects of critical infrastructure in bank system of Ukraine";
