The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of forming and maintaining the unified register of notifications, representation and accounting of notifications on the beginning of implementation of separate types of business activity.

2. Recognize invalid acts and separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2025 and is effective till September 1, 2031.

Rules of forming and maintaining the unified register of notifications, representation and accounting of notifications on the beginning of implementation of separate types of business activity

I. General provisions

1. These rules establish procedure for forming and maintaining the unified register of notifications, procedure for representation and accounting of notifications on the beginning of implementation of separate types of business activity (further - notifications) legal entities or individual entrepreneurs in authorized bodies of the state control (supervision) (further - authorized bodies) if the specified bodies are bodies of the Federal Security Service or bodies of foreign intelligence of the Russian Federation.
