About approval of Rules of trade servicing

According to part seven of article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About consumer protection" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Rules of trade servicing which are attached.

2. Make changes to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

4. This resolution becomes effective at the same time with entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of June 10, 2023 No. 3153-IX "About consumer protection".

Rules of trade servicing

General provisions

1. These rules determine general requirements to trade servicing and establish conditions of implementation by subjects of managing trade and production trading activity, and also the main requirements to trade rooms.

2. The terms used in these rules have the following value:

1) the made food product - foodstuff which is made in specially equipped place of the trade room (culinary products, bakery and confectionery, drinks, including cocktails);

2) production and trade activities activities of the subject of managing which are performed in the trade room and include production stages, sales of foodstuff and provision of services on public catering;
