About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 30, 2015 No. 371 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for calculation of length of service in the specialty, necessary for the candidate for judgeship of system of courts of law":
to state the name, preamble and Item 1 of the resolution in the following edition:
"About calculation of length of service in the specialty, necessary for the candidate for judgeship of system of courts of law
Based on part one of article 76 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about judicial system and the status of judges the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for calculation of length of service in the specialty, necessary for the candidate for judgeship of system of courts of law it (is applied).";
in Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for calculation of length of service in the specialty, necessary for the candidate for judgeship of system of courts of law approved by this resolution:
state paragraph two in the following edition:
"the court secretary, the court clerk (the court session secretary - the assistant judge), the secretary of judicial board, the manager of office of court, the head of the structural unit or his deputy, the assistant to the chairman of justices, the adviser of the chairman of justices, the consultant, the chief, leading expert, the specialist of offices of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus, Appeal economic Court, regional (Minsk city) vessels, economic court of area (city of Minsk) and subordinate courts appointment to which requires legal education;";
