1. Approve the inventory with indication of code of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union, belonging to non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol and subject to obligatory maintenance it (is applied).
2. Obligatory maintenance of the goods relating to non-food alcohol-containing products and moved with use of the MDP international procedure is performed according to the Customs convention about international delivery of loads using the book of MDP of November 14, 1975.
3. To republican state bodies to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
