About approval of the Procedure and conditions of payment of the one-time monetary assistance in case of death (death) or disability of the employee of militia, tax police

According to article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About militia" and article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About the State Tax Service in Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure and conditions of payment of the one-time monetary assistance in case of death (death) or disability of the employee of militia, tax police who is applied.

2. Determine that:

payments according to this resolution are performed since January 1, 2007 at the expense of the means provided by the government budget on content of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;

action of the Procedure approved by this resolution does not extend to persons who took part in the international peace support operations and safety.

3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs to complete payment of insurance sum and the one-time monetary assistance in case of death (death) or disability of the employee of militia which shall be added till January 1, 2007.

4. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
