Some questions of optimization of activities of the central executive bodies in the field of management of exclusion zone

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Assign to function Department of Energy on ensuring forming of state policy in the field of management of exclusion zone and zone of unconditional (obligatory) settling out, overcoming effects of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, removal from operation of the Chernobyl NPP and transformation of object "Shelter" in ecologically safe system, and also implementation of public administration in the field of the treatment of radioactive waste at stage of their long-term storage and burial.

2. Bring the enclosed changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. According to part six of Article 23 of the Budget code of Ukraine to transfer to the Department of Energy the budget settings provided in 2025 to the Ministry of environment protection and natural resources according to such budget programs according to which executive in charge is the State agency on management of exclusion zone:

2708010 "Management and management of activities in exclusion zone" in the amount 31797, 1 thousand hryvnias provided in the general fund of the government budget (consumption expenses - 31797, 1 thousand hryvnias, from them compensation - 23833, 8 thousand hryvnias, utilities and energy carriers - 693, 8 thousand hryvnias);

2708070 "Radiological protection of the population and ecological improvement of the territory which underwent to radioactive pollution" in the amount 44813, of 6 thousand hryvnias provided in the general fund of the government budget (development expenses - 44813, 6 thousand hryvnias);
