About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 11, 2010 No. 138

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Federal rules of use of airspace of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 11, 2010 No. 138 "About approval of Federal rules of use of airspace of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 14, Art. 1649; 2011, No. 37, Art. 5255; 2017, No. 9, Art. 1360; 2020, No. 6, Art. 680; No. 50, Art. 8199; 2023, No. 27, Art. 4996; 2024, No. 15, Art. 2032).

Changes which are made to Federal rules of use of airspace of the Russian Federation

1. In Item 10:

a) in the subitem "b" of the word "Item 114" shall be replaced with words "Items 52 (3) and 114";

b) in the subitem "v" of the word "it is not required. In case of accomplishment of all flights of aircrafts availability of permission to use of airspace is not required" be shall be replaced with words "it is not required, except for the flights which are carried out in border strip. The crew of the piloted aircraft which is carrying out flight according to the visual flight rules continuously wiretaps the channel (frequency) of radio communication of body of servicing of air traffic (management of flights).
