About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine
According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the development of communities and the territories of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 17, 2022 to No. 1400), and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.
2. Provide to legal department submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. To provide to the sector of external communications promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of development of communities and the territories of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on deputy ministers according to distribution of powers.
