About approval of Changes in Rules of the organization of the statistical reporting which moves in the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 56, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 69 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", articles 5-8, 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About official statistics" on creation of monetary and financial statistics, statistics of paying balance, international investment line item, external debt, statistical information of financial institutions, for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of regulating and supervising functions of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Approve Changes in Rules of the organization of the statistical reporting submitted to the National Bank of Ukraine, Boards of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of November 13, 2018 to No. 120 (with the enclosed changes).

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 26, 2018 No. 154 "About single questions of submission of the statistical reporting to the National Bank of Ukraine";

2) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 01, 2019 No. 55 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 26, 2018 No. 154".

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Sergey Nikolaychuk.

4. The resolution becomes effective since November 1, 2024.

Changes in Rules of the organization of the statistical reporting which moves in the National Bank of Ukraine

1. In the Section I:

1) in Item 1:

shall be replaced with words the words "" about electronic confidential services "" ""About electronic identification and electronic confidential services"";

2) in Item 3:

the subitem 11 after words "physical person" to add with words "/physical person entrepreneur";

the fifteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

3) in item 4:

"3) the non-bank financial institutions which obtained the license of National Bank for implementation of currency transactions;";

replace subitem 6 with three new subitems 6-6-2 of the following content:

"6) the legal entities who obtained the license of National Bank for implementation of transactions with cash and performing activities for collection of means, transportation of currency and other values and processing and storage of cash (further - the collector company);

6-1) legal entities who obtained the license of National Bank for implementation of transactions with cash and performing activities for processing and storage of cash (further - the company on processing of cash);

6-2) legal entities who obtained the license of National Bank for implementation of transactions with cash and performing activities for collection of means, transportation of currency and other values (further - the company carrier);";

in subitem 7 of the word of "non-bank organizations subjects of primary financial monitoring" shall be replaced with words "subjects of primary financial monitoring which are not banks";

state subitem 10 in the following edition:

"10) the legal resident persons who are operators interstate and international payment systems concerning which the National Bank enters data in the register of payment infrastructure (further - the operator of payment system);";

add subitem 14 with words "(further - the supplier of limited payment services)";

add Item with the new subitem of the following content:

"15) the legal resident persons who are participants (direct and indirect) payment systems concerning which the National Bank enters data in the Register of payment infrastructure (further - the member of payment service provider).".

2. In paragraph one of Item 17 of the Section II shall be replaced with words the word of "ATMs" "payment devices".

3. To add Item 23 of the Section III with the new subitem of the following content:

"3) enhanced by the EDS, based on the qualified EDS certificate.".

4. Exclude the Section V.

5. In the Section VI:
