1. Determine main objectives of adoption of this resolution:

(a) creation of the safe circle in махаллях with difficult criminogenic situation, included in "red" category within the last five years, by holding separate organizational and preventive actions until the end of the current year;

(b) complete scope makhally with difficult criminogenic situation the modern surveillance cameras integrated with the special software functioning on the basis of artificial intelligence;

(c) finishing until the end of the current year of scope means of technical protection of property of physical persons to 30 percent, property of legal entities - to 60 percent;

(d) increase in the personal responsibility of heads of local khokimiyats, state bodies and organizations, educational and scientific institutions for ensuring effectiveness of address actions in махаллях with difficult criminogenic situation.
