About modification and amendments in some orders of the Ministries of Health and national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I ORDER:

1. Approve the list of some orders of the Ministries of Health and national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions according to appendix to this order are made.

2. To provide to committee of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 27, 2015 No. 259 "About approval of Rules of control and accounting of the individual doses of radiation received by citizens during the work with sources of ionizing radiation, holding the medical X-ray radiological procedures and also caused by natural and technogenic radiation background" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10943) the following changes:
