About entering of amendments into the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 5, 2020 No. 428 "About some questions of the Agency on protection and development of the competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I DECIDE:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 5, 2020 No. 428 "About some questions of the Agency on protection and development of the competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following amendments:

in Regulations on the Agency on protection and development of the competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:

add Item 15 with subitems 44-4), 84-4), 84-5), 84-6), 84-7) and 84-8) of the following content:

"44-4) approval of the offered (prolongable) tax benefit;";

"84-4) participations in forming of state policy and taking measures to counteraction to shadow economy;

84-5) organization and holding actions in the field of mobilization preparation and mobilization according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

84-6) ensuring compliance with single requirements in the field of information and communication technologies and ensuring information security, requirements for data management;

84-7) ensuring protection of developed state secrets according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including in the organizations subordinated to it;

84-8) development and approval of the subordinate regulatory legal acts determining procedure for rendering the state services in the regulated sphere;".

2. This Decree becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for paragraphs of the fourth and fifth Item 1 of this Decree which become effective since January 1, 2026.
