1. Approve Regulations on payment procedure of lump-sum allowance in case of approach of disability as a result of damage suffered to the worker by mutilation, occupational disease, other damage of health or its death connected with execution of labor obligations by it according to appendix.
2. Determine that implementation of this resolution regarding workers of the budget sphere is carried out within the approved republican budget for the corresponding years.
3. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since January 28, 2025.
