About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - Article 2 of the Law on information science No. 1069/2000 (2001, Art. No. 73-74, 547), with subsequent changes, after the concept "data" to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with concept of the following content:

Art. II. - In the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985/2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 72-74, 195), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. To add Chapter XIII of the General part with Article 134-27 of the following content:

"Article 134-27. Femitsid
