2. Determine:

- "Kyrgyz Mobile Registration Center" limited liability company operator of identification of the State digital technological system of identification of mobile devices.

3. To the state committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic to organize work on change of the operator of identification with ensuring continuous work of the State digital technological system of identification of mobile devices.

4. Declare invalid:

1) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the organization of the State system of identification of communication devices and identification of mobile communication devices, and also the devices used for data transmission" of May 31, 2022 No. 287;

2) Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of some orders of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning the State system of identification of communication devices and identification of mobile communication devices, and also the devices used for data transmission" of October 18, 2023 No. 550;
