About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2022 No. 452
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Regulations on temporary requirements and procedure for evaluating compliance of separate wheel vehicles approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2022 No. 452, the following changes:
to state paragraph two of Item 2 in the following edition:
"accredited test laboratory - the test laboratory (center) accredited in the National accreditation system of the Republic of Belarus on the right of evaluating compliance of vehicles to requirements of the technical regulation, included in national part of the Unified register of conformity assessment bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union created according to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, and which is technical service;";
add Item 6 with part of the following content:
"The number of the conclusions about assessment of the single vehicle which are drawn up within one calendar year in the Republic of Belarus concerning the vehicles of one type imported on its territory shall not exceed limiting amount of small batch of vehicles.";
paragraph two of subitem 17.2 of Item 17 after words "this Item," to add with the words "in case of observance of the requirement provided in part three of point 6 of this provision".
2. This resolution becomes effective in 30 days after its official publication.
Action of paragraphs of the fourth or sixth Item 1 of this resolution does not extend on:
the conclusions about assessment of the single vehicle which are drawn up before entry into force of this resolution;
registration till January 1, 2026 of the conclusions about assessment of the single vehicle concerning the vehicles set in motion by exclusively electric motor.
