About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in appendix to the Charter of the Belarusian state concern on the production and sales of goods of light industry approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 24, 1994 No. 99:

to exclude item 4 of the Section "State Legal Entities";

to exclude Item 107 of the Section "Non-state Legal Entities";

1.2. in Regulations on the procedure for functioning of single state system of registration and accounting of offenses approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2006 No. 909:

exclude Item 51;

to add Item 8 of appendix 10 to this Provision with subitem 8.4 of the following content:

"8.4. it is seized the money which is on accounts, on which

to add appendix 11 to this Provision with Item 10-1 of the following content:
