1. Approve Regulations on military representative offices of the Ministry of Defence in the organizations performing the activities connected with military products it (is applied).
2. Grant the right to public institution "Management of military representative offices of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus", its branches and military representative offices of the Ministry of Defence, the being organizations of Armed Forces with the rights of the legal entity (further - military representations), to render on contractual basis services in control of quality and military product acceptance and other defense products (further - military products) to the organizations performing the activities connected with military products (further - the organizations).
3. Establish the cost of the services rendered according to Item 2 of this resolution in the amount of percent 0,5:
contractual (contractual) cost of military delivered goods;
actual cost of the research (developmental) work (stage of work) performed by the organization in initiative procedure.
