About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 13, 2018 No. 514 "About approval of Rules of certification of non-state fire services"

1. "About approval of Rules of certification of professional fire services on the work right according to the prevention and suppression of the fires, ensuring fire safety and carrying out the wrecking connected with suppression of the fires in the organizations, settlements and on objects";
state preamble in the following edition:
"According to the subitem 75) of Item 1 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About civil protection" and the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state services", I ORDER:";
to state Item 1 of the Order in the following edition:
"1. Approve the enclosed Rules of certification of professional fire services on the work right according to the prevention and suppression of the fires, ensuring fire safety and carrying out the wrecking connected with suppression of the fires in the organizations, settlements and on objects";
The rules of certification of non-state fire services approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to committee of fire service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
