Based on part three of article 54 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 1992 "About provision of pensions" and item 4 of article 129 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about education the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 1596-XII

1. Determine the list of other organizations performing educational activities which financing of expenses in case of implementation of the educational program of advanced training of leading employees and specialists is performed at the expense of means republican and (or) local budgets, and names of the directions of education according to which the educational program of advanced training of leading employees and specialists, according to appendix is implemented.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 20.12.2025 No. 742

3. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:

Item 1 – since September 1, 2025;

other provisions of this resolution – in month after its official publication.
