2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.

1. Water management and hydraulic engineering constructions:

1) the Astana water storage basin on the Ishim River;

2) the Seletinsky water storage basin on the river Selety;

3) the Koyandinsky water storage basin on the river Koyandy;

4) the Bartogaysky water storage basin on the river Chilik;

5) the Aktyubinsk water storage basin on the river of Fishers;

6) the Kargalinsky water storage basin on the river Kargaly;

7) the Sazdinsky water storage basin on the river Sazdy;
