About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of September 11, 2019 No. 44
Based on part three of Item 26 of the Regulations on procedure for confirmation and calculation of length of service for the purpose of pensions approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 1992 No. 777, and subitem 6.37 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. In appendix 2 to the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of September 11, 2019 No. 44 "About establishment of forms of references for pension purposes" the words "and the name of the settlement where proceeded" shall be replaced with words ", names of settlements or objects (in the presence in documents of data on implementation of works, military service or service in settlements or on objects) in which it was performed".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
