About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About cotton growing"

Make the following changes to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About cotton growing" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2010, No. 7, Article 576 (volume I); 2024, No. 4, Article 365):
1. In the first offer of Article 11.3 of the word "the cotton receipts constituted in accordance with the established procedure" shall be replaced with words "the electronic invoices or statements of purchase of goods which are drawn up according to articles 71-1 and 71-2 of the Tax Code of the Azerbaijan Republic".
2. Exclude Article 14.
