1. Approve Regulations on Committee on questions of audit of banks which are applied.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the National Bank of Ukraine of 23.08.2012 No. 355 

3. To general department of banking supervision (V. V. Pushkarev) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to permission of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine, banks, Auditor chamber of Ukraine, the Union of auditors of Ukraine, Federation of professional accountants and auditors of Ukraine, Association of the Ukrainian banks, the Kiev banking association, World bank, the Ukrainian financial banking school for management in work.
