According to the paragraph third Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the development of communities and the territories of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 17, 2022 to No. 1400), I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine, the Ministry of transport of Ukraine, the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine and the ministry of development of communities, the territories and infrastructure of Ukraine which are applied.

2. To provide to legal department in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To provide to the sector of external communications promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of development of communities and the territories of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on deputy ministers according to distribution of powers.

Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine, the Ministry of transport of Ukraine, the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine and the Ministry of development of communities, the territories and infrastructures of Ukraine

1. In the text of the Regulations on procedure for preparation and the submission of information on load for its safe maritime transport approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of December 14, 1998 No. 497, of the word "Ministry of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine", "Ministry of Infrastructure" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 30, 1998 at No. 848/3288, in all cases shall be replaced with words "The ministry of development of communities and territories of Ukraine", Minrazvitiya in the corresponding cases.

2. In the text of the Standard regulations on service of the traffic regulation of courts approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of May 28, 2001 No. 340, of the word "Ministry of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine", "Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 25, 2001 at No. 545/5736, in all cases shall be replaced with words "The ministry of development of communities and territories of Ukraine", Minrazvitiya in the corresponding cases.

3. In the text of the Regulations on the pilot-operator of service of the traffic regulation of courts approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of May 28, 2001 No. 341, of the word "Ministry of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 25, 2001 at No. 544/5735, in all cases shall be replaced with words "The ministry of development of communities and territories of Ukraine" in the corresponding cases.

4. According to the procedure of registration and issue of permissions to trip on the territories of foreign states in case of accomplishment of transportations of passengers and loads by road transport in the international message, their exchange and accounting approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of August 20, 2004 No. 757, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2004 at No. 1075/9674 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of April 19, 2013 No. 239):

The paragraph third Item 2.3 of the Section II to state 1) in the following edition:

"for implementation of the corresponding transportations of passengers on the territory of Ukraine according to requirements of the Procedure for the organization of regular, irregular and pendular (shuttle) transportations of passengers by road transport in the international message approved by the order of the Ministry of development of communities, the territories and infrastructures of Ukraine of September 05, 2024 No. 966, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 05, 2024 at No. 1662/43007.";

2) in the text of this Procedure for the word "Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine" in all cases shall be replaced with words "The ministry of development of communities and territories of Ukraine" in the corresponding cases;

3) in appendices 1, 2 to this Procedure for the word "MINISTRY of INFRASTRUCTURE of UKRAINE", "MINISTRY OF INFRASTRUCTURE OF UKRAINE" shall be replaced with words "the MINISTRY of DEVELOPMENT of COMMUNITIES AND the TERRITORIES of UKRAINE", "MINISTRY FOR DEVELOPMENT OF COMMUNITIES AND TERRITORIES OF UKRAINE" respectively.

According to the procedure of carrying out tender and issue of allowing documents of the European Conference of Ministers of Transport, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of August 20, 2004 757, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2004 at No. 1076/9675 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of September 11, 2015 No. 362):

In Item 2.24 of Chapter 2 of the Regulations on the organization and procedure of technical supervision of pro-measuring works on water areas, approach canals and navigable waters of the water transport complex of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of May 12, 2006 No. 463, of the word "Ministries of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 29, 2006 at No. 619/12493, shall be replaced with words "The ministries of development of communities and the territories of Ukraine".

8. In paragraph eight of Item 1.3 of Chapter 1 of Rules of technical operation of the navigable hydraulic engineering constructions approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of June 13, 2007 No. 492, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 09, 2007 at No. 780/14047, the word of Ministry of Infrastructure to replace with the word "Minrazvitiya".

9. In the text of the Procedure for the provision of services on traffic regulation of courts approved by the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of May 08, 2013 No. 291, of the word "Ministry of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 24, 2013 at No. 807/23339, in all cases shall be replaced with words "The ministry of development of communities and territories of Ukraine" in the corresponding cases.

10. In paragraph four subitem 4.2.2 of Item 4.2 of the Section IV of the Method of calculation of rates for transportation of passengers by rail approved by the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of June 19, 2013 No. 412, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on June 26, 2013 at No. 1069/23601, the word of Ministry of Infrastructure to replace with the word "Minrazvitiya".

11. In paragraph nine of the subitem 2 of Item 2 of the Section VI of the Regulations on navigation and hydrographic ensuring the navigation on inland waterways of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of June 24, 2022 No. 447, of the Ministry of Infrastructure registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 05, 2022 at No. 896/38232, the word to replace with the word "Minrazvitiya".
