About determination of the questions which are within the competence of the First vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine and vice-Prime Ministers of Ukraine

According to articles 42 and 43 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Determine the questions which are within the competence of the First vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine and Vice-Prime Ministers of Ukraine according to appendix 1.
2. Determine that in case of absence:
The Prime Minister of Ukraine its powers is performed by the First vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine;
The first vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine or one of vice-Prime Ministers of Ukraine their powers is performed by officials according to appendix 2.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.

1. The first vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine and vice-Prime Ministers of Ukraine according to article 43 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine":
provide accomplishment of the Program of activities of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other tasks and powers assigned to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the corresponding activities;
