About cases and procedure for movement of goods in other places which are places of movement of goods through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union

For the purpose of streamlining of movement of goods and vehicles on certain sites of Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Item 3 of Article 10, item 4 of Article 353 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union, part 2 Articles 11, part 3 of article 148 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About customs regulation", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Determine other places of movement of goods which are places of movement of goods through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union, and also the requirement to arrangement and material equipment of other places necessary for the organization of the state types of control according to appendix to this resolution.

2. Determine that:

1) movement of goods through other places specified in Items 1-5 of appendix to this resolution is allowed in the following cases:

- movement of foreign goods and vehicles from the territory of the third country on the territory of the same country through the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic which cannot remain in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- movement of goods for private use with payment of single rates of customs duties and taxes the, and also customs duties and taxes levied in the form of cumulative customs payment according to acts of the Eurasian economic commission;
