Approve the Payment procedure of expenses on information technical supply of the legal procedures connected with consideration of civil and economic cases and their sizes which are applied.

Payment procedure of expenses on information technical supply of the legal procedures connected with consideration of civil and economic cases

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of implementation of payment of expenses by information technical supply of the legal procedures connected with consideration of civil and economic cases (expenses are farther).

2. Expenses pay physical persons and legal entities which take a legal action with actions for declaration, statements for opening of cases of separate production, petitions for provision of permission to forced accomplishment of the foreign judgment, for recognition of the foreign judgment which is not subject to forced accomplishment, and claims.

3. Expenses are not paid during appeal to the court and assigned to the parties after consideration of the case by court in the cases provided by part three of Article 81 of the Code of civil procedure of Ukraine.
