I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 3, 2025 No. 67 "About approval of Rules of payment of subsidies for reduction in cost of cost of the costs connected with grain transportation and Rules of subsidizing of the expenses of the national company in the field of agro-industrial complex connected with grain transportation" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 35770) the following changes:

state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. This order becomes effective after day of its first publication and is effective till September 1, 2026.";

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication and is effective till September 1, 2026.
