Art. 1. - Approve Methodology of calculation of the losses caused by transition of lands from category of lands of agricultural purpose or lands of forest fund in other category it (is applied).

Art. 2. - This law becomes effective since January 1, 2026.

Methodology of calculation of the losses caused by transition of lands from category of lands of agricultural purpose or lands of forest fund in other category

I. General provisions

1.1. The methodology of calculation of the losses caused by transition of lands from category of lands of agricultural purpose or lands of forest fund in other category is developed for the purpose of establishment of single method of calculation of these losses.

1.2. Compensation of the losses caused by transition of lands from category of lands of agricultural purpose or lands of forest fund in other category is performed in all cases by the interested physical persons and legal entities irrespective of purpose of lands and type of property on them, except as specified, provided by part (4) Article 60 of the Land code No. 22/2024.

1.3. The money intended for compensation of the losses caused by transition of lands from category of lands of agricultural purpose or lands of forest fund in other category is transferred into the government budget if the decision was approved by the order of the Government, or into the local budget if the decision was made by council of administrative and territorial unit of the first or second level or People's Assembly of Gagauzia.
