About approval of the Regulations on use of electronic confidential services in case of receipt by payment service providers of access to accounts of users of payment services

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About electronic identification and electronic confidential services", article 53 of the Law of Ukraine "About payment services", for the purpose of determination of procedure for use of electronic confidential services in case of receipt by payment service providers of access to accounts of users of payment services the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Regulations on use of electronic confidential services in case of receipt by payment service providers of access to accounts of users of payment services which is applied.

2. To department of safety (Alexander Palamarchuk) after official publication to inform skilled suppliers of electronic confidential services, data on which are entered in the confidential list based on the decision of certification center, payment service providers on initiation of payment transaction, payment service providers on provision of data from accounts, payment service providers on servicing of the account information on adoption of this resolution.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Head of the National Bank of Ukraine Andrey Pyshny.

4. The resolution becomes effective since August 1, 2025.
