1. In heading and the paragraph the second Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of July 04, 2024 No. 1964 "About approval of form of the petition for approval of the specification of alcoholic drink, requirements to execution of the specification of alcoholic drink, the procedure of its approval and approval of changes in the specification of alcoholic drink concerning which geographical specifying is used", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 26, 2024 at No. 1122/42467, the word "petition" to replace with the word "statements".
2. Approve the enclosed Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine.
3. To provide to department of state policy in the field of sanitary and phytosanitary measures and food security in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
