About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 5, 2020 No. 1788

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on licensing of activities for production and realization of the printed material protected from counterfeits approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 5, 2020 No. 1788 "About licensing of activities for production and realization of the printed material protected from counterfeits" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 46, Art. 7289; 2022, No. 4, Art. 638).
2. The paragraph of the twenty second of the subitem "k" and the paragraph of the seventh of the subitem "n" of Item of 3 changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 5, 2020 No. 1788, No. 1788 and recognition approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 15, 2022 No. 8 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 5, 2020 No. 806 which voided separate provision of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 17, 2016" (Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 4, Art. 638), to recognize invalid.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
